We’re The Scottish SPCA. Scotland’s all animal rescue service.  We are currently seeking to recruit a Payroll and Finance Administrator to join our Finance team.

 

As part of the Finance Team, the Payroll and Finance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all elements of payroll are correctly processed and maintained within the payroll and finance system, to include administering all areas of the payroll, including calculating salaries, inputting all data, completing all reporting and committing final payroll run for payment on a monthly basis. They will also carry out various duties relating to the sales and purchase ledger for both the Society and Braehead Limited.

 

We are seeking applicants who have significant experience in calculating and processing all aspects of payroll. Experience in preparing bank and balance sheet reconciliations is also essential. Candidates should also have excellent organisation skills to ensure monthly/quarterly/annual deadlines and deliverables are met with a high level of accuracy.

 

The full-time role, based at the Society’s headquarters in Dunfermline, is 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.  Hybrid working may be considered.
