The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s only all animal emergency service, is seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to play a key role in delivering our new Community Engagement Programme.

 

With proven project management skills and demonstrable experience in successful programme management, the successful candidate will project manage a cross functional team of both internal and external stakeholders to deliver our Community Engagement Model project end to end within scope, on time and on budget. The successful candidate will play a key role in enabling us to adapt our services and extend our community reach across Scotland, ensuring those who need our services most can easily access them.

 

With a pro-active and solution focussed approach, the successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in delivering programmes to budget, ideally in business change/transformation, with excellent relationship management skills and the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.   With a highly organised and task orientated approach, you will successfully manage multiple activities in a fast paced environment whilst embracing and adapting to any challenges encountered. 

 

This is a full-time (35 hours), 12 month fixed term post. The role will be based in Headquarters, Dunfermline and/or remote working as agreed.
