We’re Scotland’s all animal emergency service.  The Scottish SPCA are seeking to recruit an Technology Delivery Manager, based at our Head Office in Dunfermline, to work in our IT team. 

 

To lead all aspects of the IT portfolio to build and evolve our IT Service Management function and to ensure that the Society has reliable, secure, compliant, and easy to navigate software and platforms to help us thrive and grow, enabling operational excellence and efficiency.  Oversee development and implementation of our digital transformation programme, leading our technical team to develop, deliver and support IT solutions for a variety of different projects, that vary both in scale and scope. Working closely with colleagues across the Society, ensure business changes are aligned with our strategic goals and are coordinated and implemented effectively. Constantly aware of external innovations and best practice, capturing both internal and external customer feedback to identify areas where service delivery can be improved.

 

Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent professional experience/qualification in a relevant IT discipline.  They should have demonstrable experience of operating at a strategic management level within an IT environment and experience in managing an IT service delivery function and a team of different disciplines. 

 

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday. As the role is primarily office-based, applicants must be able to commute to Dunfermline. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
