The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s animal welfare charity, is seeking to recruit a Chief Inspector to lead its Aberdeenshire Inspectorate region (Aberdeenshire/Moray/Tayside).

The role of Chief Inspector is responsible for the overall leadership of their region; ensuring appropriate staffing levels are deployed in order to meet demand for front-line services and that there is a focus on continual improvement to Society operations and commitment to positive employee relations

To be considered, you will need significant experience effectively leading and managing people.

The position will be working 37.5 hours per week within a group rota between the hours of 7.30am and 11pm, to include on-call work and weekends therefore flexibility is essential.
