The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s animal welfare charity is recruiting a Supporter Care Officer to be based at its Headquarters in Dunfermline, Fife.

 

The Supporter Care Officer will be responsible for ensuring a high quality experience is delivered to donors across the charity to achieve income targets. The role will involve providing supporter care through a variety of channels including digitally, by phone, written communication, face to face interactions, at our animal rescue and rehoming centres and in the wider community.

 

Applicants will have At least 2 years’ experience in a fundraising or customer facing role; experience of developing relationships with the general public, particularly donors and volunteers; experience of organising and supporting events, talks and presentations; experience of using digital platforms for fundraising; and excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

 

The position is 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm, plus occasional evenings and weekends.
