An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Scottish SPCA to join their diverse and passionate communications team based in Dunfermline.

 

The role of Internal Communications Lead requires someone with a flair for producing creative written and multimedia content to enhance existing internal communications activity.  They will build brand advocacy among colleagues, to support leaders in embedding our values and communicating key organisational information.

 

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping employee experience and work with colleagues in Communications & Marketing to align internal and external messaging and its impact.

 

Applicants must have qualification in a marketing or communications discipline and practical experience in this environment.  They should also have excellent attention to detail, exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. By joining the communications team you will help make a difference to the thousands of animals rescued by the Scottish SPCA every year.

 

This position is full-time, Monday to Friday, and may involve providing a weekend, evening and public holiday on call service on a rota basis.

 

As the role is primarily office-based, applicants must be able to commute to Dunfermline. A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
