The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s animal welfare charity is seeking to appoint a People Engagement Lead to work within the People & Culture team, to shape the Society’s people agenda and transform colleague experience through the creation and implementation of a programme of culture-change initiatives. The role will own the creation and delivery of key people-related projects and experiences in support of the Society’s 10 year vision and strategic plan.
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the successful candidate should be Insights Discovery Accredited with at least 5 years’ experience of working in HR/People teams/roles across the colleague lifecycle.
They should have a clear understanding of the drivers of colleague engagement and experience of development and implementation of change. A successful track record as an effective project manager in a people-discipline, with an eye for detail and a strong grasp of process development and the ability to interpret process impact on customer experience, and to shape experience accordingly.
Hours of work will be 35 hours per week. Applicants must be able to work from home and commute to Dunfermline and other Scottish SPCA locations as required.
