The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s animal welfare charity is recruiting a Part Time Area Administrator for employment based at its Inverness Inspectorate Office.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to inspectorate staff handling enquiries and ensuring that all documentation is prepared and processed timeously.

Applicants will have previous experience in an office or customer focussed environment, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.  Experience of database management and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.

Hours are 9am to 5pm, 18.75 hours per week, 2.5 days per week.
