The Scottish SPCA, Scotland’s animal welfare charity, is currently recruiting Seasonal Animal Rescue Officers to be based in Aberdeenshire and covering Moray. These are fixed term positions starting on Monday 28 March 2022 for a period of 6 months.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of the thousands of abused, abandoned and injured animals rescued by the Scottish SPCA each year.

The successful applicants will have practical experience of working with animals, a keen interest in animal welfare and excellent customer care skills. In addition, a good geographical knowledge of the area or the ability to attain this quickly is essential. Candidates must also have a full UK manual driving licence.

These positions will be working an average of 4 days out of 8 on a rota basis to include weekends, working 7.5 hours per day between the hours of 7.30am and 11pm, however you will be predominantly working backshift.
