An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Scottish SPCA to join the Fundraising and Income Generation Department as a Supporter Care Officer based in Dunfermline with a mix of home working.

The Supporter Care Officer will be responsible for ensuring a high quality experience is delivered to donors across the charity to achieve income targets.  The role will involve providing supporter care through a variety of channels including digitally, by phone, written communication, face to face interactions, at our animal rescue and rehoming centres and in the wider community.

Applicants will have experience in a fundraising or customer facing role, and strong experience of developing relationships with the public, particularly with donors and volunteers.  We are looking for candidates with experience of digital fundraising platforms, organising events, and supporting volunteers.

Working for us is incredibly rewarding and you’ll also get the chance to get up close and personal with some of our furry, feathered and scaled friends!  You’ll also receive a comprehensive and wide-ranging induction to show you the breadth of our vital work.

The position is full-time, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, 35 hours a week, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Currently this role is primarily home-based with some office working, as such applicants must be able to commute to Dunfermline.  A UK driving licence is essential.
