An exciting opportunity has arisen with the Scottish SPCA to join the Fundraising and Income Generation Department as a Supporter Care Officer based in Dunfermline with a mix of home working.
The Supporter Care Officer will be responsible for ensuring a high quality experience is delivered to donors across the charity to achieve income targets. The role will involve providing supporter care through a variety of channels including digitally, by phone, written communication, face to face interactions, at our animal rescue and rehoming centres and in the wider community.
Applicants will have experience in a fundraising or customer facing role, and strong experience of developing relationships with the public, particularly with donors and volunteers.
